Refund Policy

Because our orders are custom produced, we offer address changes for a short period of time after your order is placed. To see if your order is still eligible to be changed, contact our Customer Service team at support@owlsmatrix.com | LIVE CHAT | SMS Phone.
Once your order has been submitted, you may cancel it or modify address within (12) hours of placing it by visiting contact us or reaching out to our Customer Service team at support@owlsmatrix.com | LIVE CHAT | SMS Phone.
Below are the conditions under which a refund will be granted.

  • If the product you purchased is completely non-functional (Damaged/ Low - quality item, wrong item)
  • If you did not receive your product within 60 business days after the date you placed your order.

Additional non-refundable items:

  • Chose wrong Size ( get 50% OFF for re-order new size)
  • Fill wrong buyer information
  • Gift cards.
  • Digital image.

*Please Note: We will not accept the refund request if the customer does not like our material.
The refund will go back to your account in 5-10 business days.
SHIPPING COSTS

  • You are expected to pay for your shipping costs for the returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for extra safety.

SHIPPING ISSUE

  • If you get one of the shipping issues below, please contact us to report the issue and request a refund or a replacement.
  • The package was delivered to the incorrect address.
  • If the package has arrived at a location different from the recipient’s address, we will refund or replace the item.
  • The post office provided a notice that the package was lost in the mail.
  • We will be happy to replace the order that was lost in the mail or refund your order.

RECEIVED ITEMS
If the item(s) you received meets one of the conditions below, please contact us to report the issue and request a refund or a replacement.

  • Damaged item
  • Low - quality items ( such as blurry printing, faded printing, etc.)
  • Wrong item
  • Missing item

Please attach the shipping label, the product photograph, and the video of yourself unboxing the package within 5 days since you have received it. If you can not provide the evidence in this time, we can't offer you a replacement or refund.
We will use this information to help you with your order and to prevent repeated errors in the future.
